Frequently asked questions

If you don’t find the answer to your question here, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

How do you ensure the training is not just a generic overview?

Our process begins with a discovery phase where we meet with you to understand your precise objectives, the specific terms of your insurance policy, and the common issues or risks you've observed in your panel firms. We then analyse this information to build the training content, case studies, and examples directly around your unique requirements.

What formats are available for the training delivery?

We’re flexible when it comes to delivery of the training – we can tailor our approach depending on what works best for your team. Options include remote one-to-one sessions or group webinars, in-person workshops at your offices or co-creation of online learning modules for employees to complete at their own pace. Often, a combined programme with more than one type of interaction works best.

How long does a bespoke training programme take?

As our training programmes – and the delivery formats – are highly tailored to the specific needs of your firm and your teams, the length can vary. Generally, we require one to two weeks to deliver a programme, but if it’s more convenient to spread sessions out, we can deliver a staged programme.

How do you cater for attendees with different levels of experience?

Our trainers are skilled at managing mixed-ability groups. We can design the sessions to include foundational principles for attendees new to the concepts, while also incorporating complex scenarios and advanced discussion points for senior staff. Alternatively, we can split learners into subgroups based on current skill levels or provide one-to-one sessions to bring less experienced staff members up to speed.

How do we measure the effectiveness of the training?

We can build in several mechanisms to measure effectiveness. This may include a short knowledge-check quiz at the end of the session and a feedback survey to gauge understanding and engagement. We would also recommend scheduling a follow-up file review or health check several months later to evaluate how well the training has translated into tangible improvements in casework.
