We are delighted to announce that Jasmine Stuart, Compliance Director and Co-Founder of Complex Risk, has been shortlisted for the Compliance Leader/Team of the Year Award at the #RISK Awards 2026.
The recognition comes through Jasmine’s work with Complex Risk and marks another exciting milestone in the continued growth of the business.
The #RISK Awards celebrate individuals and organisations making an impact across the risk, compliance and governance landscape. Making the shortlist is a significant achievement, particularly given the high standard of entries received for this year’s awards.
As a solicitor with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and compliance leadership, Jasmine co-founded Complex Risk with a clear objective: to make compliance more practical, accessible and effective for the businesses required to manage it.
Her approach is shaped by first-hand experience of working within regulated businesses and understanding the pressures faced by those responsible for compliance. Rather than treating compliance as a tick-box exercise, the focus at Complex Risk is on helping businesses understand their risks, strengthen their systems and embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
Through Complex Risk, Jasmine works with businesses on areas including independent compliance audits, regulatory health checks, risk management, policies and procedures, training and ongoing compliance support.
Jasmine said:
“I’m incredibly pleased to have been shortlisted for the Compliance Leader/Team of the Year Award. Complex Risk was created because we wanted to do compliance differently. To have that work recognised by the #RISK Awards is a fantastic achievement, particularly at such an exciting stage in the growth of Complex Risk. I’m very proud of what we are building and grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.”
The shortlisted entries will now progress to the judging stage, with the winner set to be announced at the #RISK Awards 2026 ceremony.
For Jasmine and the Complex Risk team, the shortlist is an exciting recognition of the progress made so far, and of the ambition to continue developing practical, forward-thinking approaches to compliance and risk management.
